Daikin Premium Inverter Ducted

Discreet whole-home reverse-cycle comfort.

The unit is only one part of a ducted system. Correct heat-load selection, duct design, return air, zoning, electrical coordination and commissioning determine how the finished system performs.

System design

Six details we treat as one system

A neat ceiling grille does not guarantee good performance. Airflow and equipment selection are planned together before the installation is committed.

Heat load

Glazing, insulation, orientation, floor plan and occupancy affect the capacity required.

Duct sizing

Diameter, length, bends and branch layout affect static pressure and room airflow.

Return air

The return path is sized to support airflow while managing noise.

Zoning

Zone control is planned with minimum airflow and system operation in mind.

Electrical supply

Supply, circuit protection, isolator and switchboard capacity are checked early.

Service access

Indoor and outdoor equipment must remain practical to inspect and maintain.

VEU heating & cooling rules are changing

Victoria has announced changes from 30 September 2026, including a $3,000 minimum co-payment (including GST) for ducted reverse-cycle and multi-split systems with cooling capacity of 10 kW or more, plus a residential multi-split incentive cap. We confirm the rules and rebate value that apply on the date of your installation.
