VEU eligibility & installation process
The exact discount depends on the activity, the equipment being replaced, the approved new product and the rules applying when the work is completed. We verify the pathway before relying on a rebate figure.

2026
VEU heating & cooling rules are changing
Victoria has announced changes from 30 September 2026, including a $3,000 minimum co-payment (including GST) for ducted reverse-cycle and multi-split systems with cooling capacity of 10 kW or more, plus a residential multi-split incentive cap. We confirm the rules and rebate value that apply on the date of your installation.
